The Realty Group sales team keep their mobiles on all day, even after hours and we are committed to working all weekend by appointment. By doing this, a buyer enquiry should never be missed, as we are able to arrange inspection times for your property 7 days a week.
We are also committed to working at night by appointment, which caters for buyers that are only free to view properties after 5pm.
4. An office that guarantees feedback after every inspection
The Realty Group guarantees that after every inspection you will receive feedback on the same day. If we can not reach you by telephone then we will email you the buyer's feedback, informing you the response from the buyer and if there were any offers made on your property.
If we do not give you feedback on the same day in which a buyer has viewed your property, or if we do not return a call from you within 5 business hours, Monday to Saturday, then we will give you $100 off the total commission payable, once your property is sold.
This may happen up to 5 times during the agency agreement period, which equates to $500 per property. If your property is not sold through our office, or for whatever reason you choose to take your property off the market, then the $100 rebate clause will no longer apply and will not be payable by The Realty Group.
